From Seed to Success with Ogie Farms

A beautiful backdrop and decorated interior make for the perfect photo opportunity. Ogie Farms has turned their Yoderbilt Greenhouse into a photography studio near Tulsa.

For photographers, Yoderbilt Greenhouses have become an unexpected but incredibly versatile backdrop for photoshoots. These greenhouses offer a unique, controlled environment with abundant natural light, making them ideal for capturing the beauty of nature and plants, which has attracted clients seeking nature-inspired photos for weddings, product shoots, and lifestyle sessions.

Meet the Ogrens

The Ogrens purchased a Yoderbilt Greenhouse in 2023 for the dual purpose of growing their own food and adding another photography element to their breathtaking farm. The quality and aesthetic led them to choose a Yoderbilt Greenhouse when there were so many others on the market. Their story is an impactful one, so we don’t want to give too much away before their upcoming feature.

But here is a glimpse into how they are very successfully using their greenhouse as a photography backdrop on their gorgeous farm. At present, their greenhouse is fully booked with photography sessions until mid-December. Following the conclusion of these sessions, they will shift their focus to seed starting and winter growing for the remainder of the season.

“Born and raised in Oklahoma, we purchased our property in 2015 and began Ogie Farms. We are a homeschooling and homesteading family, so most days, you will find us in the barn, around the garden, or down by the pond.”
